Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Orders are shipped out the same or next business day, provided that we have the product in stock, your account is verified and the order is placed before 6pm EST. ActivaDerma.com does not ship orders on Saturday and Sunday.

Orders placed after 6:00PM EST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday, unless otherwise specified. 

We use express shipping services for all our shipments. 

Upon shipment, customers are informed of the shipping carrier and the tracking number.

ActivaDerma.com does not charge for shipping unless a special request requires so. 

Return Policy

Activa Derma accepts any products returned within 7 days from receipt of the product as long as the reason falls under one of the following conditions:

- The product contains manufacturing defects

- The product was damaged upon arrival

- The wrong product was received

- The product is outside the manufacturer's temperature guidelines
 

If any of the above circumstances occur, contact our customer service representatives and we will do our best to assist you and resolve any problems you may have. 

If a return is requested, we ask that you hold the products according to the manufacturer temperature and handling guidelines.

Refund

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that refunds can take several working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
